Hi, I am Maya and I am a designer and economist driven by the intersection of creativity, function, and inclusivity.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Economics at Tulane University, my work is shaped by both analytical thinking and a strong visual sensibility.
Based on my experiences of living in Turkey I believe I bring a global perspective to design; valuing adaptability, cultural awareness, and intentional storytelling.
I am particularly interested in graphic and product design within the furniture and cosmetics industries, where I explore how visuals can enhance everyday rituals and environments. Across my work, I aim to create pieces that are thoughtful, functional, inclusive and emotionally engaging.
